I was inspired by this recipe on The Kitchn when thinking about what other flavors would be perfect for asparagus. I chose to serve this hot, but this dressing is extremely versatile, and would be delicious on any kind of green salad, slaw, or even tofu.

I used a little less tahini than called for in the recipe (about 3T instead of 1/4 cup), because I wanted the miso flavor to come out more prominently, but otherwise it’s the same.
